Alaina Stehlin is a filmmaker currently living in Los Angeles, California. She has held numerous roles in the film and media production industries, in addition to her current position with The Walt Disney Company’s Yellow Shoes Creative Group as a Production Coordinator.

Her visual style admires dynamic movement and spirited pacing. She enjoys thinking outside of the box, and is always up for a challenge. Ultimately, she aims to create and contribute to feature films, documentaries, and commercial content globally.

She began developing her interests in film, advertisement, writing, and music at an early age while living in the American midwest and east coast. She started her career by managing a fully turn-key solo wedding videography business and shooting portrait photography while living in North Carolina. She enjoys learning new instruments, most recently teaching herself how to play the guitar & electric bass.

Alaina has acquired years of experience in both leadership and teamwork. An avid outdoorswoman, she has her camera or drone with her on weekend hiking, climbing, and camping adventures. She especially loves to organize expeditions and trips to new places.

She graduated from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts with the Class of 2024, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production, with a Cinematography emphasis and a Film Music minor.
